Brock Cobb is the Director of Bands at Rossview High School in Clarksville, Tennessee. Mr. Cobb is currently in his 15th year of teaching, and oversees all aspects of the Rossview Band Program, including the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Marching Band, Jazz Band, Winter Guard, AP Music Theory, and Music History. Under the direction of Mr. Cobb, the Wind Ensemble has performed twice at the TMEA Concert Festival.. The band has also performed for the Dixie Classic Festivals in Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois. Prior to Rossview High School, Mr. Cobb also taught at Northwest High School in Clarksville, and North Drive Middle School in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Mr. Cobb holds a B.S. and a M.A. in Music Education, both from Austin Peay State University, where he studied advance conducting with Dr. Gregory Wolynec. He is a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, the Tennessee Music Educator's Association, the Middle Tennessee School Band and Orchestra Association, the Tennessee Band Association, and the National Association for Music Education. He and his wife live in Clarksville, Tennessee with their two children and two dogs.

Vanessa Cobb is the Rossview Middle School Band Director and the Assistant Band Director at Rossview High School. Prior to Rossview, Mrs. Cobb was the director of instrumental music at Northwest High School in Clarksville, TN. In this position, she was the conductor of the concert band and marching band, as well as the pep band. She also taught guitar and a dual enrollment music appreciation class through the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her band program had the distinct honor of being the sweepstakes winner of the Southern Star Music Festival in March of 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2017, Mrs. Cobb was named the Green Apple Finalist for the Clarksville Montgomery County Education Association and was the recipient of the Tennessee Education Association's New Distinguished Educator for grades 9 - 12. In 2018, Mrs. Cobb was named the Green Apple award recipient for Rossview Middle School.
Previously, Mrs. Cobb was the 6th grade band director for White House Heritage Elementary, K-2 General Music teacher at Robert F. Woodall Primary School, and the assistant director for White House Heritage Elementary School.
Mrs. Cobb completed a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting and a Master of Music in Education at Austin Peay State University in 2013 where she was named an Outstanding Graduate Assistant. While a master’s student at APSU, Mrs. Cobb was the graduate assistant for the athletic bands. She helped with rehearsals and wrote marching band drill. She also helped to organize and efficiently run the Governor’s Own Marching Band. In 2014, Mrs. Cobb was named the Assistant Director of Athletic Bands at Austin Peay State University. She is a member of the National Association for Music Educators, the Middle Tennessee Band and Orchestra Association, the Tennessee Music Educators Association, the Tennessee Bandmasters' Association, the Clarksville Montgomery County Education Association, and the Tennessee Educators Association.

Rachel Hogan is the Rossview Colorguard Instructor. She has marched 12 seasons in her Colorguard career, this includes four years at White House High School, two years with Austin Peay’s Governors Own Marching Band, and two years with Eklipse Winterguard out of Nashville, Tennessee. She currently attending Austin Peay State University majoring in Education to teach in the grades Pre-K through Third.
Hannah Pugh is the Rossview Drum Major instructor. Hannah is a graduate of Milan High School in Milan, TN. Hannah was the drum major for her high school band. For college, she attended Austin Peay State University where she was one of the Governor's Own Marching Band Drum Majors. Hannah is currently a special education teacher at Rossview High School.
